My mother spent a few happy weeks in High Lea before having to move to a care home specialising in the care of Dementia. During her time she received fantastic treatment from the staff who went that one extra yard to ensure she was happy and safe. I know at times this was difficult but their patience
and sense of humour were admirable. At the end, Mum was sorry to go and I shall miss visiting her there and meeting the other residents.
Management and nursing staff I would find difficulty in giving a mark high enough to reflect their professionalism.
