Thank you so much for taking the time to complete a review for us! Thank you for your kind words, we always try to make our home a friendly and approachable environment. Just so you are aware, there are books available in our blue lounge as part of our mini library, these are readily available to anybody. Regarding laundry, we are working on this and are currently running a name tag system where we can order the name tags for you - so that we can ensure a more efficient system. Please inform the main office if you require name tags.

Thank you so much for your lovely review, we really appreciate it. Our ethos here at the Holy Cross is to make sure everybody is loved and well looked after. Rest assured we have activities every day for those who are interested in our lounges upstairs and down, and have many singers and arts and crafts booked in by our activities coordinator, for any more info on this please come and have a chat with us in the main office where we can show you some of the lovely things we book in for our residents.

The food is lovely and there is such a variety every day so you can never get bored of the same thing.
