Thank you for your honest review, we would like to pass on that the team are sincerely sorry for the hurt caused, following the passing of your Dad. I would also like to add that personally, I was deeply saddened to hear that Dad had passed following my return from maternity leave; he is greatly missed. Every member of the team, from management to the care team, prides themselves in being person-centred and caring. This standard of care applies when residents are in our care right through to the end of their journey. We are sorry that we did not meet these standards this time and offer our unreserved apologies to you and your family.

Leanne started her career at Alpha Health Care within Lakeview Care Home over 7 years ago. Since moving across from Lakeview to be part of Waters Edge’s team in September 2019 Leanne has worked tirelessly to support and work with the Waters Edge team to provide exceptional person-centred care to our residents.
Leanne’s previous experience of working within our Complex Dementia service and the training and experience gained in progressing from Carer to Senior Carer has helped create a real connection, empathy and understanding of the unique care and behavioural needs of individuals with dementia.
