He went in a stubborn male who has slowly allowed these angels to care for him and they have the utmost respect and give him the dignity he deserves by allowing
him time to adjust it is an amazing place for him to strive. They are always aware of people's health ensuring the best care possible is provided Immediately! angels is all I can say AMAZING!!! X

The Care Home in question has a fantastic family feel where staff and residents all seem to be extremely happy and very well looked after.

Upon entry to the care home the smiling staff member always offered me a warm beverage - something which I was always grateful for after coming from the cold

and wet outside. When entering the dining room the smell of freshly baked cakes bought a warm smile to my mouth.

My Mum has lived at this care home for the past 3 years and we have seen such a strong and positive transition since the new ownership and management style. Above all the care of the residents is at the foremost for the manager and this cascades down to the staff - all the way to the cleaners.

Thank you to the team.

My dad was in The Chimes Residential Home since July 2016 but sadly passed away in the Chimes in March 2017. My dad previously was in a care home which turned him into a broken man after the appalling care he received. Due to my dad having dementia he was unable to truthfully tell us what was going
on, and we decided to move him in The Chimes. After being in the Chimes my dad returned to his cheeky self, and his smile came back as he was cared for so lovingly. It doesn't matter that this care home doesn't have fancy curtains and carpets it's all down to the care which is given which was excellent from start to finish. The management were very approachable if we had any concerns or issues, and the staff were a credit to the care home. I would especially like to mention the activity co - coordinator who builds a friendship with all the residents. The only negative point is there is never enough staff, but this is like every care home.
