The care of the staff at Claybourne is wonderful. They seem to love the residents and always look out for them even when the residents can be very difficult. Email contact seems to be poor but the level of care is far more important and so I would highly recommend Claybourne. It is always warm, clean
and homely. There's always lots of activities too for the residents and families.

Mum moved in here at the end of January 2016, she has had a wonderful time. She is so happy here, this is because the staff have taken such good care of mum. My mum lived on her own before entering Claybourne, she has early onset Alzheimers and needs a lot of support, she gets the help she needs being
her. The staff are so caring and always shows compassion. Mum will express how much she loves it a Claybourne and how she never wants to return home. My sister and I have great peace of mind now. Thank you.

We spent a long time visiting care homes to find the best home for mum. I visited the home three times before making a decision and was so impressed by the consistent friendliness of the staff, the help and advice we received and the warm and friendly atmosphere. We, the family, were supported as much
as mum was on the day she transferred to Claybourne. Staff were helpful, kind and reassuring. Although sadly mum's stay at Claybourne was short, she was happy and settled from the day she arrived. Family members and friends were always made to feel welcome and we were encouraged to feel part of the Claybourne community. I would highly recommend visiting.
