I think Arden House is marvellous. The physical environment is very appealing and the staff are very caring and attentive, whilst the range and quality of food is without fault. I am very happy to see two of my relatives who are residents being looked after in such a lovely, caring and dignified manner.

My Mother has been a resident at Arden House for almost a year during which time Mom has been treated with the utmost dignity, respect, and care. Moms room is homely and welcoming, she is well fed and well cared for. When visiting we are always made very welcome by the extremely friendly staff. Mom
suffers from vascular dementia and the staff make every effort to reassure and encourage her and find activities to help her enjoy her time at Arden House, I am always impressed by their patience. In addition, I also find the staff supportive of residents relatives.

My Mother was resident at Arden House cared for extremely well at that time. So Arden House was my first choice when my Wife needed care. The staff are very friendly caring and supportive, there is regular entertainment/activities and trips to town for shopping or coffee. There is a friendly and welcoming

My father has spent a few weeks over the last couple of years receiving respite care with Arden House to allow myself and my husband to have a break. The staff are professional and very lovely with my father who has Alzheimer's. He really enjoys his "holiday" especially spending time in the beautiful
walled garden and watching the pet rabbits.

I am really pleased that we chose Arden House for my mother. As a dementia sufferer with limited mobility, we were anxious to ensure we found a home that would be able to meet her needs. You read so many stories about poor care homes it makes you fear to make the wrong choice. From the very first time
we visited Arden House we felt happy that our mother would be cared for in the right way, maintaining her dignity and providing a real home. The staff really care for the residents and make residents and visitors feel welcome.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this home, the management and staff do a fantastic job. Thank you.

Our aunt was unable to manage on her own and we were very lucky to get her in Arden House. We had the choice of two rooms and opted for one which was newly decorated and beautiful. She settled in very quickly and is very, very happy. All the staff are caring and so friendly. The home is clean and
well kept, wth lots of activities. Pets are welcome, as are grandchildren, or in our case, great, great nephew of 20 months who keeps everyone in the lounge amused!


To sum up, we would recommend this home over and over as we as family cannot thank all the staff for their support.

More than anything the staff are lovely.

I am disabled, need help moving. I was in hospital for six days this month with a chest infection.
Managers always available if needed.
Staff generally helpful, some give that little extra care, drinks always available, meals are generally satisfactory.

Arden House is a really welcoming and homely residential home - the staff are friendly and always go the extra mile to make Mum feel comfortable and at ease. As a sufferer of Alzheimer's, it is really important the staff treat Mum with respect and dignity, which I know they do. She feels relaxed and
far less anxious than before she moved in. I would highly recommend Arden House as residential HOME, comfortable and HOMELY - perfect!

I entered Arden House on the 20th of December 2014 and was given a nice room overlooking a wooded square. I am 93 years of age and suffer from, osteoarthritis, hearing problems and leg ulcers, for which the staff provide medication and treatment. A doctor calls once a week for minor problems but for
any serious sickness, staff will phone for a doctor, out of hours doctor, district nurses or paramedics day or night. This is a very good home.

I am very comfortable here. The staff are great. Food is excellent. Laundry is fantastic. Cleanliness is very good. Home is very comfortable, very clean and decorated nicely. Has a very warm welcoming feel. Entertainment very good.

Arden House is a very friendly and welcoming home. The staff are caring and deliver individual care to the residents needs. My mother has lived at Arden House for over 2 years and feels safe, comfortable and happy there. Suffering from Alzheimer's the care she has been given has totally removed the
anxiety she had when living alone at home before. There is a beautiful garden she can relax in and plenty of room to sit alone or in company. Activities in the home are regular for those who wish to participate Arden House comes highly recommended.

Very personal and loving care by all staff members. Mum died on 19th April. It was sudden and a member of staff was with her. It was not expected and staff were upset at the loss of one of their "family" as a manager put it. Mum had the best care imaginable the room was always spotless. Assistance always
willingly on hand. Very grateful

I really don't know where to start with my appraisal of Arden House, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. I have already posted an email on this very commendable home in Leamington Spa. The senior when I contacted the home was epitome of kindness and was so very accommodating. She handled all for my husband
in a most professional way. The home is like "home from home". Food and staff first class. Obviously the management are first class and this is reflected in the work force. Their priority, without a doubt is the well bring of the elderly. Three cheers for Arden House. Thank you.
