Bracebridge Court staff are amazing. The last month has been very difficult for us, as a family, but the staff have gone above and beyond with video calls and weekly updates, and photos so we still feel connected to Mum.

I wish to praise all the staff at Bracebridge Court for their excellent care and professionalism, particularly during these most difficult times of the Coronavirus health crisis.
My mother has been a resident for five years and her care has been exemplary. All aspects of her needs are catered for and
the home is immaculately clean and all members of staff are friendly courteous and cheerful. There is a great atmosphere within the home despite some residents having complex issues. The facilities are excellent and Bracebridge is a bright cheery home. I can not recommend Bracebridge Court more highly and am hugely thankful that my mother is so well cared for, as is she.
It is a huge relief to know your loved ones are so well cared for, especially at these times of enforced separation. Thanks to all staff at Bracebridge.

Mom was at Bracebridge for a few years, honestly not sure of the exact amount of time. I recommend the care home 100%. She was in a place that gave her the kind of care and attention that I know I would not have been able to provide for her. She was happy, relatively healthy, clean and engaged on
a daily basis by the wonderful staff.
I am very grateful that the staff and administration of Bracebridge allowed my mom to end her days with her dignity intact.

My Mum was very reluctant to go into a home for respite. However, she has loved it, enjoyed helping, has said the staff are very kind and enjoyed it. Going to come back in Jan/Feb when I have an operation. She said the food was great and enjoyed every meal.

This care home is everything we wanted for our dad. Kind, caring staff. The staff always seem very busy but always find the time to stop and reassure us. Dad's room is lovely and kept nice and clean no smell! He says the food is nice and the ladies pamper him so think we picked the right place.

Every time we visit mum we are so impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the ambience of the home. The garden is always well looked after and everywhere is clean and tidy. The laundry service is efficient and mum is so well cared for. Despite living 300 miles away we are confident that mum is
happy and well looked after.

Staff are very caring and kind towards all the residents from the carers to the admin office and managers of Bracebridge Court. Nothing is too much trouble for visitors and residents. Even though my father was only there for a short while the little time he had left he was most comfortable there.

This is a beautiful and clean home, the staff are very welcoming and the Manager is really friendly and takes time to chat when I am visiting. Nothing is too much trouble and the residents are well cared for and looked after. There is lots going on in the home and I am always made to feel welcome. The
food is lovely and I have stayed to have a meal with my friend on occasions. This really is a beautiful home and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a care home for their loved one.

Over the 17 months, my relative was a resident at Bracebridge Court. We were extremely satisfied with the high level of care she received. She was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Any concerns/requests expressed by her or ourselves were addressed effectively and promptly. The care she received
enabled her to live the last 17 months of her life safely and as independently as possible.

My father was a resident at Bracebridge Court for around 18 months, and he was well cared for during his time at the home. All of his needs were cared for, including specific medical conditions.
The attention he received from the staff was exceptional and my family would recommend this home to others.

My mother has been at Bracebridge for a few months now and we feel relief in finding somewhere that I know she is happy. The care staff are so caring and fun! They always have a smile for Mum and us when we visit. There always seems to be something happening. Her bedroom is lovely and kept very clean
and tidy. I can't comment on the food but the fact Mum has put a stone on, I think it must be good! The staff seem very happy in their work.

My Mom has been in Bracebridge just nearly 2 years. My Mom has very challenging dementia and mental illness so caring for her is very difficult, but the staff in Bracebridge have cared for her needs exceptionally especially with her recent deterioration in her dementia. They also support my needs and
have become people I can rely on. They are an exceptional team of people. Big thanks from me and our family.

I have been a Home Manager now for the last three years. I am very dedicated and committed to providing high-quality care for our residents.


I like to share my years of experience with others to enable them to develop into high-quality carers and housekeeping staff.


I enjoy socialising with my family and friends, and in my spare time, I play rounders for the Atherstone lady's team, garden at my allotment, and run.

I find it rewarding to see the resident's smiles, and I'm deeply committed to Bracebridge Court. When I am not working, I like to socialise with my family and friends.
