My mum moved into Bracebridge Court in September and the difference in my mum's mood is wonderful she has gone from sitting and sleeping all day to being alert and active. She loves her room and visiting the chickens every day. The staff are very caring and have a lot of fun with mum, which she has
missed since her husband died.

My neighbour moved in 3 months ago and was the best decision she made. She looks well cared for and is really enjoying the social side of living in the home. The home is light and airy and her room is very pretty. The staff are what makes this home special they make her feel loved and show it's not
just a job to them. The manager has been very supportive in the transition and takes time to make sure she is happy and settled.

My mum was bad-tempered, needed shower as she wouldn't at home. This is her 1st respite and I worried how she would react. She had a great time. They helped her shower gave her a manicure with the other ladies there, food was excellent.
She enjoyed walking around, making friends and loved going in
the garden. She's asked me if she can go again.

I love it here. My grandpa has found a new lease of life since he came here. He enjoys all of the activities on offer. The staff are simply wonderful. They are all friendly and would do anything for you. It is so clean and feels more like a giant hotel than a home.
I'd move in myself if they'd let
me.

We recently, with help from local authority, booked my aunt for emergency respite at Bracebridge Court. We were so worried about the decision at the time but by day three our fears were no more. My aunt loved it and is now looking to move in permanently later in the year.
All the staff were lovely
and caring including the manager, carers and cleaners. Very friendly atmosphere and always something going on. The cakes and facilities in the cafe area are a lovely touch.

If you are looking for a care home for your loved one then Bracebridge Court is a perfect choice. My mother-in-law spent over 2 years at Bracebridge Court but sadly passed away just before Christmas, and the love and care she received were second to none. The staff are excellent, always friendly, caring
and supportive. The home is spotlessly clean at all times and the food is beautifully prepared and served to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Bracebridge Court to anyone, it is outstanding.

My mother is a resident at Bracebridge Court. Yesterday she was visited by four generations of her family. The most important one who she was yet to meet was her Great Great Grand Daughter. The family came just before lunch. They were made very welcome and the three care staff on duty offered a corner
of the lounge area for the family and my mother to sit in the comfort of her own armchair to cuddle this precious baby. My mother was offered to eat her lunch at a small table next to her which enabled her not to miss out on this special visit. We all felt this was just like a home should be. Thank you to ALL the staff.

My name is Sarah Ford. I have worked at Bracebridge Court for over 36 years, starting as a young carer, progressing over time to senior care, then deputy for 9 years. I have been a Home Manager now for the last three years. I am very dedicated and committed to providing high-quality care for our residents.


I like to share my years of experience with others to enable them to develop into high-quality carers and housekeeping staff.


I enjoy socialising with my family and friends, and in my spare time, I play rounders for the Atherstone lady's team, garden at my allotment, and run.
