The home actively encourage friends, relatives and loved ones to visit Residents in their home in line with Government/Local Authority Guidelines.
Residents may receive visitors at any time that is acceptable and reasonable to them and if there are no general restrictions imposed. Residents have the right to receive visitors in the privacy of their rooms and for the purpose of the visits to remain private. Where it is inconvenient or uncomfortable to use resident's own room, eg. because of numbers, the home will arrange for a more suitable venue in accordance with residents wishes.
