Four Ways is situated in Lillington on the edge of Leamington Spa. The home has a range of amenities on its doorstep, including a small parade of shops, a post office, local library and bus route.

Delivering long-term and respite care for older people, Four Ways offers three households each with its own living spaces, including a lounge, dining area and kitchenette. The lounge areas and gardens are the perfect space to socialise in the warmer weather.

The team plans regular outings and day trips on the Memory Maker minibus - which relatives are invited to join and the home also benefits from a café, spa bath and a beauty salon offering unisex hairdressing and manicures.

Visiting from Sydney, Australia.
I have been visiting every day at differing times over the Christmas holiday period at Four Ways for the last five consecutive days and my observed review is nothing but praise for the home, care staff and the home upkeep.
The home is exceptionally clean and suitably
equipped for visitors to comfortably enjoy their visit at the home.
The friendly staff ensure that residents are very well looked after. It’s the attitude of the staff that generates such a comfortable and homely environment, which enabled me to be able to sit down and spend quality time with both my mother and father residing at the home. The staff were available and present, always treating my parents with respect and kindness, better than my expectations and showed genuine care and attention towards their needs - thank you.
I am extremely grateful knowing my parents are in very good hands.

We were in the UK on holiday from America and had a lovely visit on Oct 1st with our cousins, both of whom are in care at Fourways.
The staff really went out of their way to make it a wonderful experience for us all. It's obvious that it's a good place to live and that they are taking excellent care

My mother has been in Four Ways for several years now, and her care has always been exemplary despite sometimes displaying challenging behaviour.
The staff know her well and know how to deal with her at these times.
They take care to look after her well, cater to her needs and are always aware of
the residents - the other week, I visited Mum, and we left the lounge and went to her room when a member of staff wasn’t in the lounge. Shortly after, a carer came to check that Mum was ok.
The staff are always friendly and caring, and I always feel that Mum is safe and well cared for.
The staff and company were also amazing during Covid and lockdowns.

From the moment that my dad and myself went to visit Four Ways to see if it was suitable for my Mum, who has Dementia, to stay for 2 weeks respite, we were made to feel very welcome.
The staff that greeted us all spoke and other staff that were just passing in the corridor or communal areas all took
the time to say hello.
We decided that Four Ways was the right place for Mum to be for 2 weeks and how right we were. She settled in very well, all the staff could not do enough to make her feel at home. Her room had new furniture and was freshly decorated, with a lovely little view from the window.
As a family, someone visited every day whilst she was in there and had an update on what she had been doing. Trips out to Stratford, Music, Quiz, plenty of laughing but most of all she was happy.
I can not thank the staff enough for making Mum feel welcome, the manager her team are exceptional in what they do, keep up the good work ladies it's you that make Four Ways.

All the staff and carers are so friendly welcoming and very supportive nothing is too much trouble for them as we know it can be very challenging!

My mum moved into Four Ways Care Home in February this year. Up until October 2022, she had lived on her own and was very independent. After several falls, repeated UTIs and failing eyesight, she needed full-time care as she wasn’t safe to be alone and her home care wasn’t enough. My gran lived happily
at another in the 1990s and WCS Care Group was my first thought. I contacted a member of staff who, in record time, got Mum admitted and it was such a relief to know she was safe. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly, not only to Mum but to me as well. We can all have a laugh and a joke and my mum has returned to her old self in what feels like a homely and family environment.

Mother arrived at Four Ways in May and we presumed there would be a lengthy settling in period, this proved not to be the case, she was made to feel welcome and settled in very quickly.
The care received has been excellent and has left us all feeling Mother is in a good place.
Four Ways were recommended
to me and I would have no hesitation in doing the same.

My mother came into the home from the hospital. As a dementia sufferer, the concern was that a new environment would be very disconcerting. The opposite has been true. She has settled really well. This is due to the excellent staff and the genuine effort to make my mother feel “at home” at Four Ways.
The Leadership and the whole organisation deserve recognition for the wonderful job that they have done in settling my mother into a care home. Well done to all.

We have used Four Ways care home Leamington Spa for three weeks in October 2022 for our grandmother. The care provided by the staff and carers was very good, it was reassuring that our grandmother was looked after well. This branch of Four Ways has a very friendly staff. The security and health and
safety measures were appropriate during the time of our grandmother's stay. Our grandmother is not mobile and we felt that some sort of interactive screen or music would have been nice to have in the room permanently. I would like to thank all the carers for the help and support they provided us during this time.

My uncle has been at Four Ways for 2 years. I was concerned about him going into care as he has always lived an independent life on his own.
I didn't need to worry as the staff were very welcoming, supportive and friendly not just to my uncle but to me as well. My uncle's health has improved due to
the attention and care he receives. He has a sense of humour and enjoys a laugh and joke with the staff.
His behaviour has been challenging on a couple of occasions but the staff have shown patience and understanding in supporting him.
I know he is safe, happy and being well looked after, and his needs are being met.
I'm regularly kept up to date on what is going on regards to my uncle.
I am very grateful to the staff for the care he receives and how much they have included and supported me through these challenging times.

All in all the staff are really caring and always look into queries, and meet requests made. They're always open to ideas and really helpful in advising on what their client's needs may be, i.e clothing, activities, etc. Am happy with the hygiene protection for visitors, so this protects clients and

We chose Fourways for Mum after she decided she needed extra help after being in hospital. She has been there for four weeks and we have found the staff to be wonderful, they are very caring and cannot do enough for her. They are very good at communicating with us and are always available to answer

Father was admitted here 6-months into the pandemic. He died in hospital on the 2nd January 2022. As a family, we have nothing but gratitude for the care staff. I found I could no longer care for my husband at home when he was discharged from hospital and he went to Four Ways for two weeks respite. He then decided he would like to be a permanent resident and as I had previous experience of the home due to a relative being a resident for a few years, it was
my first choice. Many of the same staff are still there which I think is a good indication. The manager and carers are always welcoming and reassuring if we have any queries. It was my husband’s birthday this week and they did a great job of making his day special, he received a lot of fuss and attention from the staff, which he loved, also a cake and candles. The home has a friendly, homely atmosphere and is warm and cosy.

My mother decided for herself that she did not like living "at home" any more so I helped her to choose Four Ways. Initially, it was for respite but after a couple of days, she had a mini-stroke. When she left the hospital after a week she was happy to go back to the home so ended up staying there permanently.
She commented to friends that visited (pre-Covid) that she liked living there, which was a great compliment to the home from a lady that had always been very independent.
Over the months she very slowly deteriorated both mentally and physically but the staff were always there to encourage her in every possible way and deal calmly with any mishaps.
After another stay in hospital and some investigations, medical staff there decided that return to the care home was the kindest option for Mother. Four Ways did not hesitate to accept her return. They could have easily declined but continued to show the greatest care that they had over the previous months right up to the very last moment.

Joined: 2007

I’m the Home Manager for Four Ways and have been with WCS Care since 2007.


I started my journey with WCS at Four Ways working as a part-time, lead and senior carer, before opening up Drovers House in Rugby as the Deputy Home Manager in 2013.


After developing my experience as Home Manager at Drovers House, Castle Brook in Kenilworth, and Attleborough Grange in Nuneaton – I then moved back to Four Ways in my current role.


I'm passionate about helping others and feel nothing is ever too much trouble. I like getting to know our residents, staff and visitors and bringing fun and laughter to our work, whilst always getting the job done.
