My mom as been at Linden Lodge for six years and as been so looked after in all the time there ,she as reached her 95th birthday and the home didn't me proud they put a dinner party birthday for her. l am writing this as l would like to thank all the people that made it a special day for her.

Father has been living in Lindon Lodge for over a year now. He is settled, happy and well. The staff are lovely with him and he has an excellent relationship with them. The food is good and everywhere is lovely and clean.

I'm very happy with the care my mum has received since moving into Linden Lodge in November of last year. My mum was very frail and poorly when she moved to the home, she has gained over a stone in weight and is doing great. There's lots of activities to take part in and Mum is taken out for meals and
days out which she loves.

Lovely and attentive staff. Always made to feel welcome when visiting my mother. She is very well looked after and in a clean and comfortable accommodation. I would definitely recommend Linden Lodge if looking for residential care of an elderly loved one.

I am very happy with the care that our mum receives. Every member of staff that cares for Mum are kind and patient, and make time to spend with her whenever they can. The only part that could require improvement is refurbishment and decoration of the rooms.

Talking to my mother (she is the resident) she is quite happy living at Linden Lodge. The food is good, the staff are friendly and helpful, also it is a well-maintained place to be. Her only problem is lack of mobility and sometimes she has to wait a while for toilet assistance. This is not a reflection
on the staff as they are always busy.
As for myself, I find the staff friendly and I always feel welcome when visiting.

Linden Lodge is a very well-managed care home. The staff are all welcoming and caring. Each staff member knows Dad well and what he likes and dislikes. Dad likes the staff too. The food looks very nice and of good variety. Dad has never been keen on a lot of meat but he does enjoy the sausages and meatballs.
He also enjoys the desserts. Dad always appears clean and tidy. Although Dad does not want to be in a care home he always says this is the one to be in.

Linden Lodge is a very well run care home, having cared for my mother since Sept 2017. I have been extremely pleased with the care she has received. Every member of staff is so friendly and always make you feel welcome when visiting - this is also the case when they appear on occasions to be understaffed,
they simply get on with the task at hand, always with a beaming smile on their faces. I also think the selection of food cooked fresh on the premises is very good and whilst the regularity is reduced since Covid, the family/social events they lay on are very well organised and well received. Keep up this excellent work ethic and thank you for everything you continue to do for my mum.

Most of the residents are dementia sufferers, but the brilliant, first class attention and treatment each individual receives is excellent. All the staff are so friendly and pleasant to everyone even when they are busy, which is most of the time. Yours sincerely.

Mum is very settled and enjoys being at Linden Lodge, staff and management are kind, friendly, and always welcoming.

My nan moved to Linden Lodge after becoming extremely poorly in her previous care placement.
Thanks to Linden's excellent care, support and encouragement my nan has made a miraculous recovery.
She is really settled and loves all the staff who take care of her so wonderfully.
It is really a home from
home, clean and well set out, with plenty of activities for my nan to join in with.
The whole team, including fantastic management, make us feel welcome when we visit.

We moved my mother to Linden Lodge after her condition severely deteriorated in her previous care home, resulting in her being hospitalised three times and becoming extremely poorly.
I cannot praise Linden enough, within weeks my mother has her mobility back, is eating, drinking and communicating with
the fantastic staff.
The proof is plain to see that with this excellent care, respect, kindness and encouragement given to my mother.
The management are outstanding, always available for support and advice, they have taken so much stress away from myself, making her transition to Linden extremely easy.
The doors are always open for me to visit anytime day or night and as a family, we are made extremely welcome. It is a beautiful, clean and home-from-home setting.
Mother has settled in really well and loves all the wonderful staff, who always have time for her and all the other residents.
I honestly cannot praise and thank Linden Lodge enough for giving me my mother back.

Very pleased with the homely, family feeling in the home. A couple of minor problems were sorted efficiently and promptly. The staff are cheerful and many give extra effort.
No unpleasant smells ever greet you at the door into the home which wasn't the case at other homes we looked at.

I have visited the home many times over the last three years. The residents are always clean and well presented and the home sells clean. The staff are kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. The catering and entertainment looks 1st class. If my family needed to be in a home I wouldn't
even look at any other homes. This home is really good.

After a difficult beginning to the year, she came in March 2021 and settled in well. The staff were great getting her settled and putting my mind at rest and keeping me fully informed. The situation was difficult with the Covid restrictions but I was given lots of support by the staff, managed to talk
to her on the phone every day initially and visits once a week once the guidelines allowed.
Always clean and obviously well looked after.

My mom has been a resident of Linden Lodge since February 2021 during this time mom has settled in well and is very happy, she has been very well looked after by all the staff and has made some good friends. Mom has also commented on how lovely the food is here. We as a family are very grateful to the

The girls are very friendly and residents are very well cared for plus the food always looks and smells fabulous. Due to Covid I feel that all the staff have done an excellent job of caring in a pandemic and keeping morale as high as possible in extremely difficult circumstances. Love you all!
