In my current role as Finance Administrator, I manage the day-to-day financial operations of the home, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
My responsibilities include liaising with families, managing contracts, overseeing budgets, and coordinating financial reporting.
In addition to my administrative duties, I enjoy participating in activities with the residents, fostering a sense of community and connection. I believe that engaging with residents is essential in creating a warm and welcoming environment.
