I am proud to share that, under my leadership, Orchard Blythe achieved an outstanding rating in the "Well-Led" category during our most recent CQC inspection. Before joining Orchard Blythe, I worked as an occupational therapist in an older people’s setting, where I developed a passion for improving the quality of life for seniors. In my current role as Finance Administrator, I manage the day-to-day financial operations of the home, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
My responsibilities include liaising with families, managing contracts, overseeing budgets, and coordinating financial reporting.
In addition to my administrative duties, I enjoy participating in activities with the residents, fostering a sense of community and connection. I believe that engaging with residents is essential in creating a warm and welcoming environment.
I am dedicated to my work and take great pride in my compassionate approach, which I feel makes me a valued member of the Orchard Blythe team.
