Park View is a 64-bed care home situated in Warwick. This spacious home provides expert care for older people, including those living with dementia.

Park View strives to create a homely environment and provide all the comforts of good food, good company and friendly staff, in a calm and restful atmosphere. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished, with en-suite toilet facilities. The home also has excellent amenities, including comfortable lounges in which residents can relax. In addition, there is a dedicated area for dementia care, designed to enable those cared for to maintain their independence in a safe environment.

The activities coordinator works closely with residents and families to ensure the activities are meaningful and based on residents' interests. Activities include, motivation 2 music, art therapy, crafts club, bingo, quizzes, trips out, regular entertainment, hair and nail salon and pets as therapy.

Park View have community links with the local college, schools, churches, mobile library support services and hold a monthly Memory Lane Café to offer support and advice to those living with dementia.

Very positive good reviews and very understanding in all aspects of dads well-being.

I am happy living here, the food is excellent and I have a hobby colouring. I get other residents interested in the colouring. Staff are brilliant, always there when I need them. They always speak to me when passing my room. If I ask for anything, it's there for me.

Mum was unable to continue living at home due to mobility problems. Park View was our place of choice (after looking at lots of others). Immediately she was happy and delighted with her new home. Despite suffering falls and breathing difficulties she entered into activities she was interested in and
enjoyed. Hairdressing was a weekly treat and she always looked lovely.
Sadly mum passed away after a hospital stay due to her ongoing infections/conditions. Survey completed based on family findings after mum passed away.

Welcome to Park View Warwickshire. My name is Dani Pathirage and I have been a home Manager for Runwood Homes since 2020. I have developed my career within the company to seek more experience and worked in different homes. I’ve gained vast experience of working in Health and Social care and awareness of CQC Expectations. I have NVQ 5 in Health and social care management and am a Qualified Moving and Handling Trainer. I joined Park View in March 2023, and have made a lot of positive changes around the home. My team and I strive to ensure Park View always provide excellent care to the highest standards. One of the highlights of my career was being involved in the world record-breaking event of the world’s oldest choir. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with walking and running, and I always make time for my family, cherishing those moments together.

For me, it’s all about the residents—I’m grateful for the opportunity to meet and work with so many wonderful people and to offer support wherever I can. I hold Care Certificates at Levels 2 and 3 and take pride in my role in helping make a positive difference in the lives of others.


One of my proudest achievements is being part of the world record-breaking event for the world’s oldest choir, a Guinness World Record! While I love to sing (even if I’m not the best at it), I know it brings joy to others. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, walking the dogs, and painting.

Hi, I'm Sheila, the Home Administrator at Park View. I've been with the team for 7 years, and I truly love the variety of work I get to do here. Every day brings something new, and I enjoy working with both the staff and residents. No two days are ever the same—each one unfolds with its own surprises. What I find most rewarding is seeing how much of a difference we make in the residents' lives. Whether it's a smile, a chat, or just spending time together, it’s those moments of appreciation that make it all worth it. Their joy puts a smile on my face too.


I'm proud to have been recognised as Staff Member of the Month, which was such an honour. Outside of work, I’m a self-proclaimed “workaholic!” I even climbed the Three Peaks for the residents’ fund and raised over £1,200. When I’m not walking, I love spending time with my grandchildren, reading, or working on a jigsaw puzzle—though I never seem to have enough time for that!


Every day at Park View is an opportunity to make a positive impact, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
