Mum spent her final 14 months in Waterloo House. She settled well and was very happy as all the staff looked after her with compassion and friendship. She really felt like it was her home and enjoyed the activities and socialising with the staff and other residents. All the staff were very caring and
treated her with dignity at all times. They were particularly kind in her last few weeks. The family are very grateful to Waterloo for looking after Mum so well.
