Visitors welcome at any time to Westlands. WCS Care also provide a relatives' gateway which gives relatives online access to loved one's care notes and the ability to share messages and photos with the care team and loved one (with the relevant consents in place).

Job Title: Home Manager
Joined: 2008
I’ve worked at WCS Care since 2008, starting at Mill Green, our Rugby home for Working Age Adults before stepping into the role of Training Co-ordinator in 2018.
As much as I enjoyed delivering training, I missed working directly with residents and so returned to the frontline as a Care Manager at Drovers House in 2019, before being promoted to my current role of Home Manager at Westlands.
What I love about my job is putting a smile on residents’ faces. I’ve always enjoyed getting to know people, what makes them who they are and what makes them smile – making others feel good makes me feel good.
When I’m not busy at work, I’m at home spending time with my daughter or with our dogs. I also like travelling and going out with friends and family.
