The management staff are very approachable and I'm confident that they would deal with any issues, if I brought them up. Every month the staff check in with me and my dad to see how things are going. All in all, Heather Vale is a caring, welcoming and happy place with wonderful and hard working staff.

Thank you for taking the time to review Heather Vale. We are grateful for your kind words regarding our staff, and I will be sure to let them know. It is our privilege to provide the best care and support to our residents and their loved ones throughout their time living with us. Regarding meals, we change our menus every week and try our best to provide a good variation, of nutritional meals throughout the week, and do so with our resident's input. We welcome any suggestions our residents may have regarding our menu, and I will be happy to discuss any recommendations your mum would like to add to our menu, just let me know.
