Thank you for taking the time to review Longmoor Lodge. I will ensure that your positive comments are fed back to the staff team in the home, who I would agree are amazing. Thank you for the feedback on the decoration and activity. I am pleased to inform you that our maintenance team are starting a program of redecoration and I hope you will soon notice and be pleased with the improvements. In regard to activity, you may have noticed that we have now set up an activity area in the home with resources that can be easily accessed at all times. We are also allocating a carer daily to be responsible for activity both to support the activity coordinator when she is in the home and to promote activity when she is not.
