My father has been there since January 21 and the care he has received as been exceptional and caring above and beyond. Sadly he passed away this week and the staff have been dignified and professional and I pass my thanks to them all for such an amazing and wonderful place. The manager is a wonderful
person and took all the time needed to help us out

The manager and her team have looked after my father since December 2020. I can't fault their care, friendship, support and commitment to making my father's time there as enjoyable and comfortable as can be. I had visited a number of times post lockdown and was always met with a professional and competent

My Mum is being cared for at Overseal Care Home. She has dementia. I am so grateful to them for the care they give my mum. The staff are friendly and supportive and are always available to chat to. I live in London so my mum is far away from me but I feel like she is being cared for by lovely caring
people and she is so happy there. She is definitely at home at Overseal and is comfortable surrounded by professional carers who treat her like she is their own family. I would specifically like to thank her carers who have an amazing bond with mum. Thank you so much Overseal for making my mum's final years happy ones.

My mum is a resident at Overseal Care Home. I live in South Africa so it's important to me and my sister that mum is in a place she is happy. The home, the staff, the carers are the most amazing people. I never have to worry about being so far away that mum is ok. Mum is so happy since she has been
there. The staff treat her like she is their own mother. Thank you everyone at Overseal for the care and love you show Mum. Truly an amazing care home.

My Dad was resident for nine months until he sadly passed away in January 2020.
I cannot fault the care and support he was given by all members of the team from day one. His needs were closely monitored and all requirements for his health and wellbeing acted upon as necessary. There is a lovely feeling
and atmosphere about the home which is noticeable as soon as you become a visitor and part of the wider Overseal family. Any questions or concerns are immediately addressed. The staff always make time to be available for you and nothing is too much trouble. The care, respect and dignity Dad was given as he neared the end of life was second to none as was the comfort and support given to us at a very difficult time. As a family, we will always have the utmost gratitude for everything that was done for Dad during his time there and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this home to others.

I would like to give thanks and praise to all the staff at Overseal Care Home for doing an exceptional job of caring for our beloved Mum, Nana and Gran Gran. They treated us all with the upmost respect from day one and could not have done any more than they did for her or us.
I would definitely recommend

Woodville Residential Care Home is clean, smells nice, homely, has nice food, drinks are provided regularly through the day, as well as snacks. The carers all seem friendly and always willing to help. My mum has been there a year now, and after a few teething problems is now settled nicely. The manager
is always there to help if I have any problems or questions.

I cannot commend the team enough for the love and care they given to my dear Mother. She had three weeks with the team before I lost her. The team under the wonderful care home manager gave mum and the family the love and support during her short time there. I will always be grateful and won't lose

Please commend all staff for the care given to my sister during her short time [3 weeks] before her end of life. The compassion and professional attitude is to be applauded during this difficult family time. Friendships were forged, not only with staff but also with residents who will not be forgotten.

Overseal Residential is a brilliant home with a dedicated manager and wonderful caring staff. My Mum has been here for a few years now and is very well looked after, all her needs are met and she is treated with dignity and respect. The care staff are very attentive and they are always looking out for
the residents, most of the time with big smiles on their faces which in turn makes the residents more relaxed and happy. The new manager can not do enough for you, she is very welcoming and easy to talk to. Nothing is too much trouble and she puts you at ease straight away, which is what you need when you are leaving your loved one in the care of someone else.

Some areas of decor are a little tired but the new owners are on top of this.


More importantly the care the residents receive is excellent. The staff manage to get the right balance between professional and caring.


My uncle went in for a temporary stay and wanted to stay long term. I think that

Overall, the care home carries out its role very well. It is not pretentious. Staff work well with our relative. Mum has been in the care home now for nine months. She has settled in well and made some friends.
When there have been any problems they have soon got sorted out by the management. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have been in care for a number of years and this is a roll that I really enjoy to the point that I can't ever see myself doing anything else as our residents are like my family.


I have my level 3 in health and social care and my level 5 in management


Along with 18 different units of specialist training for the care sector, covering everything from safeguarding to equality diversity and inclusion, Parkinson's and the mental capacity act to name but a few.
