Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We want to reassure you that there has never been a time when we have operated with inadequate staffing levels.
We regularly organize trips for the residents at all of our homes, and participation is always optional. If you have any specific preferences or suggestions for future outings, please don't hesitate to share them with us!
The new planters are ready and waiting assistance from both residents and staff once the weather becomes more favourable for outdoor activities. Additionally, many of the plants in our garden will not bloom until the spring or summer months. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.
