I am very pleased with the care given to my brother. He is well supported to live as independently as possible. All of the staff are kind and friendly and I am always made to feel welcome when I visit. My brother feels safe and well cared for and part of a family. The home is well run and the management
provides opportunities for trips out. I feel well informed and that I could ask questions at any time. I feel very lucky that my brother has such a lovely place to live.

Spion Kop is an ideal place for our son to learn life skills and daily routine with constant help and care. It has a calm and peaceful atmosphere in an ideal environment, giving residents the freedom to join in organised activities, but to just spend time by themselves, but also for them and ourselves
to know they are safe and secure.

My experience of this care home has been very good. My son has been a resident there for several years and has always said how happy he is to live there. When we visit, the staff have always been courteous and keen to help when they can. Communication with the care home is good, and I have had up to
date information about the COVID situation there.
I highly recommend Spion Kop Care Home and cannot fault their professionalism and commitment to caring for their residents.
