We have strict procedures in place to prevent falls and ensure residents' safety, regularly monitor our residents for signs of infection, as well as closely monitoring our residents' weight and nutritional intake.
While we can’t comment on the specifics of your father-in-law’s case due to data protection, we can confirm we followed the correct protocols and consulted with appropriate healthcare specialists in order to meet your father-in-law’s changing care needs.

Hi Brian, thank you for the review and complimenting our newly decorated lounge, a lot of effort went into getting it just so. Our activities co-ordinator has seen your comment and will encourage more games of skittles as well as chair-based exercise class etc.
We have recently had a few new singers/musicians come and play at the home and mum seemed to really enjoy them, one gentleman in particular.
