Hi Paul, Thank you for your review of our home, we have some wonderful carers and I am so pleased that you see this on your visits. We have an employee of the month system in place so please do vote for a carer on your next visit (the winner receives a day off on full pay!) I am sorry that you sometimes think that our staffing levels are insufficient. Our staffing is measured by our residents dependency although of course sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances which can take staff away from the floor whilst they attend to this. As I am sure you have noticed we do occasionally use an agency to cover staff sickness and try to use only a few of their carers to keep continuity for our residents. Now that the weather is drying up and we have finished decorating the hallways of the home, we will be focusing on tidying and brightening up our garden area. Apologies once again for the missing items. If you come into the office next time you are in, we can look at how to rectify the issue.

It’s really nice to be appreciated for the work we do. I love taking care of the residents in their home and it gives me great pleasure and satisfaction to do my job well.
