Thank you for your feedback, we welcome all types of feedback as this helps up improve our service. However, we are somewhat confused as this is not consistent with the thank you cards and expressions of appreciation upon mum leaving our care, as these are completely the opposite of what you have published on this platform.
We would very much welcome a face-to-face meeting with you to discuss the ambiguity of your comments and following receipt of this review, we have made a number of attempts to discuss this with you with no success.
We understand that some decisions that were made regarding fees and equipment being returned, may have contributed to your duplicitous comments, unfortunately, decisions that were made were unavoidable due to a number of factors, which were explained upon mums departure.
We hope that you make contact and look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your review and your kind comments, Dad was a pleasure to look after at Foylebank Care Home. At the time of Dad's stay at Foylebank there wasn't any guidance in place for designated carers to attend the home and as dad had been discharged from hospital, the home had to follow isolation guidance at this time. We apologise that Dad's stay with us didn't meet your expectations and your feedback will enable us to improve.
