I had an occasion to visit the above care home and these are my comments:

1. As soon as I walked into the home I was struck by the friendliness of staff and how they loved and cared for residents.
2. The vast amount of photographs of residents taking part in activities, not just the usual of craft

etc but outings to restaurants and even sightseeing.
3. The brightness of the immaculate rooms and decor.
4. The happiness and laughter of residents.
5. Staff who so obviously loved caring for the residents.
6. A well-equipped building suiting the variety of needs.
7. A varied set of menus catering for the requests and needs of residents.
8. A pleasant garden area where a few of residents were enjoying
9. This care home would be my first choice if ever needed.

Thank you for the privilege of being part of my time with you all.
