Having taken the difficult decision to place our mother into residential care. We are pleased with our choice of care home. The staff have been very supportive and caring to Mum at this difficult time. She is very happy and is well cared for and is enjoying the company of other residents and the entertainment
provided. We are made welcome when visiting and any concerns we have are dealt with promptly. The staff give excellent care and are friendly and approachable. We are very happy now that Mum is safe and her care needs are taken care of. Thank you all.

Although my aunt has only been in residential care for a few weeks we are very satisfied with the care she is receiving. She was warmly welcomed and every effort has been made to assess and provide the care she needs.

My name is Tez Burbank, I am the Care manager of Enderby Grange. I have worked for ALA Care Ltd since 1998, previously at one of the sister homes, undertaking the position of night care assistant.


I then proceeded to become a senior night care assistant and was then promoted to Deputy Manager, until being transferred to the newly built Enderby Grange where I took on the position of Care Manager in 2003.
