The fees include 24-hour care and accommodation. The following services are not included in the fees: hairdressing, chiropody, and incontinence products above NHS allocation. We require a top-up fee for all Local Authority placements. We provide free-of-charge well-being therapies like relaxing massages, hands-and-foot spas, and mini facials.
The home welcome visits from 9 am onwards (mealtime excluded), and if the resident is EOL (End of Life), then family members are welcome to stay overnight.
