We cannot speak more highly of the staff at Northfields House. Our mum was sent to another care home for assessment recently. She was only in there 2 weeks and the deterioration in her was unbelievable, they didn't even say goodbye or wish her well when she left. When she arrived back at Northfields
the staff greeted her like one of the family and she cried with joy to be back with them. We as a family trust the manager and the staff 100% to do the best for our beloved mum. We wouldn't want her to be anywhere else. As a result of being back with them, her mobility has improved and she is happier than ever. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place for their loved ones to live. The staff are wonderful.

My mum has now been in Northfield House for just over 18 months and has received outstanding care from all of the wonderful staff. There is always a friendly welcome when I visit regularly each week and I am kept fully informed about my mum's health and state of mind.
The staff go to great lengths
to ensure my mum is well cared for in every way.
It is exceptionally clean and all the staff are a credit to the excellent owners.

Northfield House provides all the care that my husband needs. All of the staff are pleasant and really friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Everything at Northfield House is very clean and tidy. My husband enjoys all the meals and there is plenty of variety. Would highly recommend.

Mum has been here for three years. The staff have always made her feel secure and loved. Whenever we visited she was clean and fresh. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we had peace of mind that Mum was getting all the care and support that her condition needed. In the last few months of her life,
we have been able to come and go whenever we needed. The end-of-life care the girls provided was wonderful. Thank you for all you have done. Can't speak highly enough.

I am delighted to commend Northfield House for its exceptional level of care. My mother, a resident for over two years, was treated by her carers with courtesy, tenderness and a love that was particularly apparent during her bedridden three months of end-of-life care. The home is very welcoming to visitors,
and it was easy to create close and mutually beneficial relationships with the staff. Standards of cleanliness and protection are very high.
