Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate all feedback from our residents and their families, as it helps us to continually improve our services. However, we are deeply sorry to hear that you had a negative experience and we sincerely apologise for any dissatisfaction you may have experienced with the care provided.
We take the health and well-being of our residents very seriously, and we are committed to providing the highest quality of care. We have strict protocols in place to ensure that our residents receive appropriate medical attention and treatment and take immediate action in response to any concerns that are raised by our residents or their families.
Regarding the specific issues that you have raised in your review, we are unable to comment on the details of individual case due to GDPR laws. However, no concerns were raised by the Local authority.
We would like to assure you and our current and future residents and their families that we follow all appropriate protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. We have a team of experienced and dedicated staff members who are committed to providing compassionate and personalised care to each and every one of our residents.
