We have external professionals who visit the home providing a service and there are therefore additional costs such as hairdressing, chiropody, opticians. The home will make appropriate appointments for residents as required
The home actively encourages family and friends to visit their relatives and friends who are residing at Woodheyes. The home provides internal activities for residents and enjoys visitors joining them on special occasions such as Summer Garden Parties, Christmas Pantomime, etc. The home recognises the importance of visitors and works alongside Government Guidance, CQC Regulations as well as Leicestershire County Council guidance.
