At The New Wycliffe, visiting hours are flexible and available seven days a week. The home encourage relatives, friends, and other visitors to spend meaningful time at the facility and participate in day-to-day activities, aligning with the preferences of both residents and guests. To ensure a peaceful dining experience for loved ones and others, the home kindly request that visitors avoid visiting during meal times, a practice they refer to as 'protected meal times'.
On site car parking space is available for residents and their loved ones when visiting.

We are grateful for the photos and videos sent so that we can see how she is getting along. The main thing is that mum is being well cared for and my brother and I can visit almost at any time to spend a bit of time with her either in the Visitors' room, her own bedroom or, if the weather is good, to have a walk around the gardens at the New Wycliffe.

Our family all agree that he has a better social life than us now! I cannot thank them enough for the outstanding care they provide for my dad. I wouldn’t want him to be anywhere else. My mum felt guilty at first, she was upset that she couldn’t provide him with the care that he needed. Now she is so happy that he is there, she has her husband back, I have my dad - he wasn’t himself at home. New Wycliffe has brought him back to life. I will always be eternally grateful.

Such care was taken with her frailty along with her sight and hearing loss. The staff were so understanding of her needs, every facility was in place to help her to be comfortable. After a spell in hospital and further water infections, my mum passed away on 3rd January 2022 of old age and frailty. Again, New Wycliffe Home supported me and my family with such kindness and I will always be truly grateful. Thank you.
