The home encourage relatives, friends, and other visitors to spend meaningful time at the facility and participate in day-to-day activities, aligning with the preferences of both residents and guests. To ensure a peaceful dining experience for loved ones and others, the home kindly request that visitors avoid visiting during meal times, a practice they refer to as 'protected meal times'.
On site car parking space is available for residents and their loved ones when visiting.

I am very impressed with the manager, her experience and skill shines and this is evident in her staff who clearly are working in a supportive and caring environment. Her leadership is evident in the home with high expectations of care. The staff seem happy in their work, which is then reflected in good standards of care.
My mum has put on weight and looks better than in her previous home. The staff are working with her feeding requirements and clearly, their perseverance and good quality care is working.

In addition to caring for my father, management have been aware of my concerns for Dad and gave me an immense amount of support when I needed it. I received daily phone calls to let me know how he was settling in and to give me reassurance that they were beginning to anticipate his needs. Any questions I have asked or requests that I have made have been dealt with promptly and courteously.
