Beech Lodge is a purpose-built care home, close to the town of Holbeach in Lincolnshire. The home is in a quiet, rural location, with carefully maintained gardens with views onto open fields. Beech Lodge has a welcoming family atmosphere with an experienced and dedicated staff team who take time to get to know residents and understand their individual needs and preferences.

As well as providing residential and nursing care, Beech Lodge's capable, qualified staff care for those living with dementia, engaging them in a range of activities and routines to accommodate their individual needs.

Residents enjoy a lively range of daily activities such as arts and crafts, pampering sessions, gardening, talks and singing. Regular outings to local cafes and trips to the seaside encourage residents to maintain their links with the local area. Visitors are given a warm welcome at all times.

My dad had been in Beech Lodge Care & Nursing Home for almost three years before his passing. The care and warmth shown to him were second to none. The staff are a credit to this home and truly make you feel so welcome as a visitor and to Dad as a resident. His end-of-life care was 100%, I can't thank
the staff here enough for the care and love Dad received. From the reception staff through to the maintenance staff. It's always worrying to put your loved ones in a home, not knowing what experience you will have but rest assured, Beech Lodge is fantastic.

My mother was a resident at Beech Lodge for 14 months and received excellent care in every respect. She loved taking part in all of the activities and entertainment, when she was able and loved all of the staff. The staff showed genuine love and affection to Mum and we can't thank them enough for all
that they did for her.

Hello my mum stayed here for 8 nights respite and she absolutely loved her stay, she felt very cared for all the staff are lovely couldn’t do enough for her. She joined in with a knitting session mum hasn’t knitted for years. All the food was lovely. Mum can't wait to go back next year for respite.

The care is excellent. The staff are friendly and very hardworking. They look after the residents extremely well and are most caring. The food is good, and the activities are brilliant. My husband has improved considerably since he came to Beech Lodge. They arranged a wonderful 70th birthday party for
him with rock and roll entertainers and a lovely birthday tea.

Mother has been here 2 months now and has settled in really well. She feels very safe and very well cared for. The staff are all really friendly and she enjoys the daily activities. She says that the food is very good and is "just like I would make at home".

My relative has been at Beech Lodge since August 2021; he has improved so much in his time there. Staff are always available to keep us updated on his well being, as due to Covid and living so far away, visiting is limited, but the pictures and videos are lovely to watch. I am really pleased with everything
about Beech Lodge. My relative always looks clean and well cared for. Very pleased, thank you, Beech Lodge staff.

My mum came to Beech Lodge just a year ago, and at first, I had a few doubts about its location and level of care available given the experiences she had had previously at other nursing homes.
However, those doubts were completely unfounded, and I was soon singing the praises of the wonderful caring
staff at Beech Lodge, the facilities available and the level of inclusion for all residents every single day. My close family and I have been overwhelmed with the level of care and attention my mum has and continues, to receive. All the staff really care deeply, and that is what is most important to me.
Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff at Beech Lodge for keeping my mum happy and busy every day. It is quite obvious that she sees everyone there as her newfound family, which is so very important.

First visit to see Mum since going into the home... the lady on reception was wonderful and chatted while we waited to go and see Mum as it was lunchtime. Very helpful staff and always appeared to be happy. It's nice to see Mum participate in some of the activities, which seem to be done daily. The
home was cleaned to a high standard... excellent place.

The staff do a brilliant job keeping the residents entertained, all residents seem happy and well cared for, the meal looks very appetising and nutritious, although I would like to see more photos on display of the people that can't join in like the ones that can walk about I hope they have activities
as well. This year I would like to see families have Christmas dinner with their loved ones as we all missed out last Christmas, I would like to thank you all, all way through the care setting for looking after my brother and wish you all the best Thank you x

Every staff member has been very kind, understanding to my mother.Even when she has been very difficult at times. I know even with vascular dementia, mum loves the staff and does treat the care home as her home. All our family feel blessed to have found the best care for mum at Beech Lodge. When visiting
mum she looks fantastic hair clothes. Lots of effort goes into day-to-day gardening, cooking and artwork and so much more. Every visit to see mum is a pleasure and I feel totally happy with her care. Lockdown was hard for everybody, clients and staff. Staff deserves much more from the government! A big thank you for putting mum and her friends first.

My father has spent the past 3 1/2 years at Beech Lodge and although he had dementia we know that they have been happy years. His care has been wonderful and he loved being part of the family here. Although we are sad that he has gone we are glad that he spent his twilight years at Beech Lodge.

The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, during the COVID-19 lockdown the staff have worked tirelessly to look after the residents keeping them occupied and entertained. My Mum is living with dementia, she rarely recognises me now. Beech Lodge and the staff have become her home and family and
she’s very happy ........ which brings me peace in a very heartbreaking situation. A huge thank you to everyone at Beech Lodge.

Karen Atillo

Karen joined Country Court Care in October 2014 as a Senior Carer and has been a fully qualified nurse at Beech Lodge since July 2015. She has since progressed through to Deputy Manager. Karen qualified as a nurse in the Philippines and came to the UK to further her career. Karen is very proud of her staff team at Beech Lodge and says its a pleasure to work with such a caring and compassionate team.
