Mum reluctantly moved out of her home which she could no longer manage, or take care of herself.


After settling in, we have all seen massive improvements in Mum's health and general attitude. Most importantly, she feels this. She smiles again! The Staff have become more like a family to us.


The

transition from independent living to the care home setting was a daunting and guilt ridden feeling for the whole family. But Canwick House was a pillar of light and strength for us.


This was the best decision we could have made with mum, and now she maintains a safe and happy life.


A really big thank you to the staff at Canwick House and all you continue to do. The past 18 months have been so much easier since knowing you all!
