    These services are: Personal care, accommodation,
    utilities, use of communal areas, meals, drinks and

    Services NOT included in price are: dentistry, chiropody,
    physiotherapy, occupational therapy, opticians, hairdressing,
    medications, toiletries, clothing, newspapers/magazines.
    During your stay, you may need to purchase additional goods
    and services. If they are able to provide such goods and
    services, they will tell you how much these goods and services
    will cost and they expect that you will pay for these goods and
    services at the time you request them.
    They can accompany loved ones to private appointments,
    however the fee attached to this is £21 per hour. Where private taxi
    services are used for transportation to appointments the cost should
    be paid for by yourself.

I have found the standard of care very good. My father has dementia and the staff are willing and caring towards him. There are various entertainment afternoons and games. The food is good and he seems very happy.

The overall standard of care that my Mum receives is excellent and has contributed enormously to the improvement in her mobility and overall quality of life since coming to Eresby Hall in the summer of 2016. The staff seem to cope well with the pressures of helping many residents at the same time on
occasions, always keeping their patience and protecting the dignity of the residents. My mum is getting involved in more and more of the group activities which has helped her to get fully involved in the home life and has also contributed to the improvement in her overall well-being.

It is reassuring to know that my mother is being properly looked after. The carers have been sensitive to her needs. The facilities are excellent and every effort has been made to keep her engaged in sociable activities. It's the happiest I've seen her in years.

Staff always welcoming and go out of their way to answer our queries for example always offering tea/coffee. Staff seem to know all residents well. Aunt is happy with her room. Although we feel it is rather small and dark. Meals- much better than in other homes we know, fresh, often home cooked and
looked appetising.

Very friendly happy home. Service user settled well even though she was adamant she was not coming to Eresby Hall. Could do with some air fresheners. Seats in the dining room need steam cleaning now and again.

The overall level of care and attention is excellent. Staff are very friendly but they need to tell him who they are when entering his room. Also tell him what they are doing - giving him a drink etc.

I have been a regular visitor to the home for 6 years assisting with my friend's needs. The kindly welcoming staff are caring and considerate, doing their best to attend to every need. They only have one pair of hands, but I marvel at their patience with some very demanding individuals. The food is
excellent with devoted, long-serving cooks. I have no hesitation in recommending this care home.

My wife entered Eresby Hall with a terminal prognosis and was given the best possible care and attention. My experience of care homes was very limited but I felt she could not have received better care etc. in any other similar institution. I and my family were most grateful. The staff and management
were most attentive and fully exceeded my expectations.

Terri Carter

Job Title: Head of Care

Joined: 2019

Terri has worked at Eresby Hall since early 2019, Terri initially joined as a Carer but quickly progressed to a Care Leader and has been in her role as Head of Care since April 2021. Terri enjoys working with the team at OSJCT, she believes that the teamwork she sees on a daily basis is what makes the residents feel safe and secure in their own home. Terri says, “the atmosphere every day at Eresby Hall is one of fun, laughter and most of all care”. When Terri is not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her 3 children and her husband.

Emma Culley

Job Title: Administrator

Emma has been the Administrator at Eresby Hall since Summer 2020 and enjoys the variation that the role brings. Emma loves seeing the residents each day, she has enjoyed getting to know them and hearing about their lives. When Emma is not at work, she can either be found enjoying some retail therapy, spending time with her family or walking their beloved family dog along the beach.
