The following comments are made with the hindsight of my experiences over the last few years at other institutions and care homes, with the care and ultimate deaths of my wife’s parents.
My mother ultimately, peacefully passed away in a very pleasant private room, surrounded by members of her family, ably supported by the staff and the superb Marie Curie Nurses.
My mother was cared for very professionally, with great kindness and dignity by all of the staff and the word care actually meant exactly that.
I and my family would like to express our gratitude to the management and all the staff and following our experience of the care extended to my mother, we would not hesitate to recommend Frampton House.

Jo first came to work at Frampton House in March 2007 carrying out general office administration duties and overseeing the Purchase and Sales ledger side of Accounts. I left to go work for my brother’s company in June 2014.
I returned to Frampton House in December 2017 resuming my role as before. A change of circumstances in March 2020 gave me the opportunity to progress to be the Finance Manager dealing with all aspects of the home’s finances. I continue to carry out all the general office administration, maintaining The Homes Guide & Statement of Purpose and keeping the Resident’s family members up to date with newsletters. I also assist the Homes Manager with the day-to-day running of the home and oversee all the maintenance concerns, which involves liaising with Contractors to ensure that the home's upkeep is maintained and compliant with all legislation and regulations with external Auditors which runs in line with CQC and Safeguarding to protect the vulnerable Adults that we support and the employees of Frampton House.

Donna joined the Frampton Family in 2020, the day of the Pandemic Lockdown announcement, starting as a part of the Senior Care Assistant team, then progressing to the Care Co-ordinator after 9 months of being at Frampton House.
She has been in the care environment for over 16 years, having started as a care assistant with Learning & Physical Disabilities, which involved liaising with Social Workers, Medical Professionals, Physiotherapy teams, Speech & Language Teams, Occupational Therapists, Safeguarding Adults organisations and CQC.
Donna enjoys meeting new people who have become vulnerable and require support, learning about their health needs and listening to their personal experiences of growing up in life.
She will then formulate a personalised care plan which promotes their independence, dignity, and equality, to ensure that the individual's care is paramount and is fulfilled by the care team of Frampton House.
