The care plan about my mother is excellent. The new manager has turned the home around in 12 months. It is a lovely environment now. My mum has been in there for 6 years 3 months. You will always get carers that really care and some that don't, but basically it is a good home. The new manager has an
ongoing project all the time making things better for the home and residents.

Review was run efficiently - reviewer obviously knew my mother-in-law and knew of any problems and high points. Care plans were discussed in depth, including a new plan we had requested. A problem we had brought up has been dealt with promptly and to or satisfaction. Very happy with the review.
