My mother-in-law recently had a short 6-week respite stay at St Anns Care Home whilst recovering from a broken hip.
I do have some experience of care homes and I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent care she received at St Ann's.
All the staff, without exception, were lovely, very caring,
compassionate and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was very pleasantly surprised by the amount of staff always around and the amount of time they spent with each resident. All the staff knew her and could readily and easily update me on her care which was reassuring.
St Anns is well-maintained, clean, comfortable, and a very pleasant place to stay.
Thank you so much for the exceptionally good job of looking after my mother-in-law and getting her back on her feet for which I am extremely grateful.

The environment is always clean and very well maintained. Staff respond to any queries or questions we may have and always follow up to check

Mum has been a resident at St Ann's for just over 2 years. I love the friendly, homely feel that the St Anns has. I always think that Mum is very well cared for and the staff are very aware of each resident's needs and how best to help them. The home is always clean and tidy. Its bright decoration makes
it a lovely environment and the meals always smell and look really good. I am really happy that we found St Anns, it is a huge decision to choose a care home especially when looking for Dementia care but St Anns is a wonderful home and I feel that Mum is happy there.

My mum has now been at St Ann´s for over 7 years.
On every visit I make, the care home is spotlessly clean and the staff are always polite and very friendly.
The care my mum has received over the years has been exceptional and my mum is treated like part of the family of care workers.
I live in abroad
and the staff always keep me well informed of my mum´s well-being.
Constantly the home is being decorated, and new furniture is installed to keep the 110% appearance.
From my experience of care homes for sure St Ann´s goes that extra mile to make sure all the residents are looked after with the utmost care and loving attention.
For me, they are the best.

I take my friend to visit her father. I think this is a lovely care home. When you come in there are no nasty smells, as there are in some places. Everywhere is clean, the staff are friendly and always helpful. The food looks and smells nice, important as some seniors have poor appetites. I rate this
care home very highly. Please pass my thanks on to all the staff.

My dad has just recently died having lived at St Anns for almost three years. During this time, the staff have been wonderful. They are a super team, and I have a great respect for them all. They have always shown such compassion and professionalism. They have always kept me informed and supported me
as my dad's health deteriorated. I have always felt welcome regardless of the time of day or night. They have always treated my dad with great respect, love and an abundance of care. I was glad my dad spent his last years in such a caring and happy place. As a family, we appreciate you all.

Mum has been a resident for over two years now. I reviewed lots of care homes in the area and was so pleased I found St Anns. It’s not too big, but is large enough to have good facilities, including a nice dining room and a really good sized lounge. The garden is lovely and has some nice seating areas.
The staff have been great and listen to what the residents want. Mum’s health needs are taken care of. For those that want to take part in crafts and activities, they are tailored to the residents needs.

Very happy with all the care at St Ann's. All the staff are friendly, caring and helpful. I would like to thank one staff member for organising and taking my mother to a local school for a visit. She was a teacher there for many years and she was so happy with the visit. It meant a lot to her and was

My mother developed a very painful mouth infection. Thankfully the staff spotted problems early, got treatment and prevented a worse condition from arising. They were very caring throughout and kept on top of the situation. She is 93 so we cannot be too careful! Thanks to all.

The home and gardens have a really good feel to them, and the staff have all been extremely helpful both to my mother and to me. I have been involved in any major decision making. Michelle joined St Anns in 2005 as an Assistant Manager, before being promoted to Home Manager in 2017. In addition to developing her skillset within the home, she has achieved several qualifications, including the Registered Managers Award (RMA) and Alzheimer’s Society’s ‘Tomorrow is Another Day’: a specialist training resource that continues to complement her day-to-day practice - and genuine passion for delivering the highest standard of care within Kettering.
