Big problem in that she has had no hot water in her bathroom for the last 2 weeks.

Good morning Thankyou for the feedback and I appreciate your comments that your Aunt is well looked after.unfortunately the hot water from a few rooms was not supported with a TMV, so for safety of risk of burns this was temporary out order ,however while waiting for plumbers to order parts etc there was always hot water in communal bathroom or staff were able to fill sink for residents .i do understand that this was not ideal but access to hot water was available and i can happily say fixed .Thankyou for your valuable feedback and continued support at Bethany homestead .kind regardscollette

The home provides many activities for residents and encourages community whilst respecting privacy. The cuisine is very good, a variety of good, healthy food nicely presented.
I
The property is well located on the outskirts of Northampton, being of a size to ensure a peaceful environment whilst providing appropriate security.
I have experience of a number of care homes and this one stands well above all. I congratulate all those responsible for its management and care execution, well done.
