I am lucky to be living in this care home. It isn't luxurious but it is comfortable. I came here with my late husband and the help and care we received was excellent. Most of the staff are very capable and very helpful. Although I am diabetic and have allergies, the kitchen is most helpful. The 'activities'
carer is very good and has made quite a difference to the morale of the home. Nothing is perfect but I believe the staff and management do run the 'home' to the best of their ability.

My mother likes Bilton Court very much. The food is excellent. She has settled in well, and the carers are excellent. Couldn't look after herself, so it was the best decision to come here.

The carers treated Dad with dignity ad respect, providing care ad attention to his needs. As Dad deteriorated, they gave empathy and support to us which was much appreciated and helpful.
They involved Dad in all the activities, even though this became difficult as he deteriorated.
There was great
communication from the managerial team keeping us updated and informed on any changes.
Dad loved his food and enjoyed all the food and drinks on offer, which were plentiful and freshly made.

Despite my strong reluctance to be placed into a care home, I have to say that after a relatively short period of a day or two, all the staff at Bilton Court were so amazingly caring and professional that I could not have felt more cared for anywhere else other than my own home. All the staff went over
and above to make my stay as comfortable as possible and I will be forever grateful to each and every member of staff at Bilton Court.

The ethos at Bilton Court is of a caring family home where everyone is valued, and kindness and empathy are core values. All of the staff live by these values and frequently 'go the extra mile' to help residents to feel comfortable, safe and important, whatever their needs. Bilton Court is a place of
laughter, friendship, companionship and dignity. My mother enjoyed living at Bilton Court, and I would highly recommend it to any family looking for a safe place for their loved ones in later years.

Due to the closure of my mother's previous care home, I needed to find new accommodation at short notice. From making initial contact with the Care Home Manager to settling my mother in, the process has been faultless. The manager and the team at Bilton Court have been friendly, helpful and accommodating.
My mind was/has been put at ease that my mother is content and has settled in seamlessly to her new surroundings. Would happily recommend Bilton Court to those who need to think about a safe and caring environment for their loved ones.

The care our brother gets is very fulfilling. He doesn't join in all the activities, but that is his own choice (no pressure). The staff are really kind and caring with residents. Also, helpful if we have any questions or need advice about our brother. The meals always look appetising and plentiful.

The most wonderful team led by the most awesome managers. Bilton Court is the most fantastic care home I have come across. They simply go above and beyond any expectations. The whole team treats their residents and their resident's families as they are their own flesh and blood. If I were to need to

Mum has been in Bilton Court for just over two years and I know that she is looked after by a really caring team. I have felt reassured over the past year, that she hasn’t been lonely and there are always staff looking to do the best for her.
The management team have always put themselves out for
her and if there has ever been a problem they have done what’s needed to resolve it.
During this difficult year, they have always gone out of their way to enable us to have contact with our loved ones and as soon as they were able to let us in to visit, there was a lovely warm welcome back from the staff.
I will be eternally grateful to all the staff for giving Mum the love and care that I have been unable to give during these COVID times.

If you are looking for a Care home that really cares and goes that extra mile, then Bilton Court is the one! We were looking for care for my father in law during covid times so we were unable to visit. From the beginning, the Care Manager did everything she could to facilitate us. We had zoom meetings
with her where she took us on a tour of the home, discussed Dad's needs and showed us a lovely room for Dad which was decorated beautifully and overlooked the garden. Dad settled in well at Bilton and became part of the Bilton family. Bilton kept us informed on Dad's care and although we couldn't visit we all felt like a weight had lifted and at Bilton, he was safe and well cared for. There is a family feel at Bilton and all the staff are fantastic. There are lots of activities for the residents to get involved with and these are often shared on their Facebook page which is great for the family to see who cannot visit. Thank you Bilton staff for being so caring and kind to my dad.

Dad was in Bilton Court for just over a year and settled very quickly despite being very reluctant to leave his home. He was 101 when he became a resident and still fairly independent. The careers were fantastic with him and allowed him to retain as much independence as was safe for him. They monitored
his health and well being, and although he became very frail, he was still able to enjoy life. He was able to phone his family every day, and we enjoyed several garden visits in the summer. Most of all the staff, under the guidance of their manager, were able to keep all the resident's COVID free for the whole year. As a family, we couldn’t have asked for a better, safer, friendlier place for Dad to spend his final year. Would recommend it to anyone looking for care for their elderly relatives.

Mum has been at Bilton Court for 3-years. In that time, I have come to realise how lucky we have been in our choice of a care home. The layout of the building is excellent, but the standout is the quality of care, whether in calm times or crises, provided by the staff and the organisation. My appreciation

Bilton Court is absolutely amazing to both their residents and the family and friends of those residents. My nan spent time there before she sadly passed away and my grandad is there now along with his brother.
They receive five-star care throughout the day and night. The carers always go above and
beyond for them and their families and they work really long hours caring for them all. They get the residents engaged in so many fun activities and the food for them is all homemade and very good. A gold star care home, the best.

Excellent facility, with very friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to try and do anything for you and that is difficult with me as I have played international rugby all over the world and I am not easily pleased. One very strong point is the help given due to the variable residents who all have
different problems, both physical and mental health.
