We as a family are so pleased we chose Bilton Court. From the word go, the care and support we have had for both parents is amazing. Even in the sad passing of mum, from the care staff, housekeeping staff, catering staff and management team.

For the short time Dad was at Bilton Court, we were extremely pleased with all aspects of his care. Very friendly staff and as visitors we were always made welcome. We were so pleased his last few months were happy and he was safe.

Whilst visiting my aunt, one morning we joined the residents in their activity of looking at old photographs of Wellingborough. This was really enjoyed by all, including me and my husband. Lovely morning.

My brother and I are very pleased with the care mum is getting at Bilton Court. The staff are very kind, patient and cheerful and do so much to make the residents feel comfortable and at home. Nothing is too much trouble, there is a nice easy going atmosphere and visitors are made to feel very welcome.
The
management report any concerns promptly and deal with matters in a professional way.
It is a great comfort to know that mum is happy there and has the support and care she needs.

Friendly, amiable staff who always try their utmost to be helpful and kind. The bedrooms and communal areas are always clean and tidy. Meals are not always suited to my father's taste but there always alternatives offered. Plenty of activities are always available if the residents are willing to participate.
The management team have always been accommodating to my father's needs and that of our family. Overall, very pleased with the care and support given.

My mother has been at Bilton Court for about two years now. She is very happy there, as in her word "Everyone is so kind and helpful". She likes it very much as she is looked after very well. She enjoys all her meals and likes all the member of staff who look after her.

Zoe

Zoe Smith

Job Title: Manager

My Name is Zoe Smith and I am the Home Manager of Bilton Court care home. I began my journey at Bilton Court as Home Manager in February 2024.


I have worked within the care industry since I was 18 years of age, and throughout this time I have gained a wealth of knowledge and worked with and cared for some amazing people. Whilst working in care, I have gained NVQ’s and other diplomas. I have worked in a few different care homes, which has provided me with a depth of experience.


My favourite part of the job is working with my team; knowing that we are making a difference. I work hard to ensure that we are providing a high standard of care and that Bilton Court is a happy place for our staff and our residents. I like to support my team with their own development in their respective roles. I’m never too busy to help lead and guide them.


I enjoy meeting people from different walks of life and hearing all of their amazing stories they have to tell.

Hello, my name is Sonia, I am the Deputy Manager for Bilton Court. I have been with Anchor for almost 5 years, working in a few care homes as a Deputy Manager.


I have worked in various care and nursing homes for 34 years. I have been supporting the team and residents here at Bilton Court for almost a year
I enjoy getting to know our residents and hearing their vivid memories and life experiences. I love to see our residents happy and promote their independence as much as possible.
