  • Highmead House have a pre-booked visiting system, however, this does not affect visiting with loved-ones as the home have 4 slots per booking time. The home also take into consideration visitors from far away, Palliative and end-of-life care visiting.
    All they ask is that family and friends wear the masks provided and consider infection control procedures to reduce the chance of any of the residents and staff contracting and visitors getting Covid.
