My mother lived in Kingswood for the past 6years. She didn’t want to give up her independence at first but for safety reasons, she decided it was the best thing to do. Once settled she absolutely loved it. She felt safe knowing someone was there 24hrs. The company of other residents and staff were kind,
considerate and nothing was too much trouble for them. She loved the freshly made meals, her hair was done weekly, the podiatrist went in monthly and there was activity’s weekly. She was very happy.

Sadly she passed away a few weeks ago. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff for their kindness, dedication and devotion to her. The homely atmosphere made a very sad time for myself and family easier to deal with.

The personal care, companionship, compassion and kindness from all the staff given to my Mother and Family was exceptional. This came from the Staff, Manager and Owner. In difficult times as a family, we were supported as well.
