The home includes a double-height ceiling lounge, a relaxing sunroom, hair and beauty salon and a decking area all built around beautifully landscaped secure gardens.

The luxury home is expertly designed around residential and dementia care. Expert touches include implementing light and signage recommendations from the Good Practice in Design for Dementia and Sight Loss (Stirling University). My Grandmother has been a resident for 16 months. Put simply she loves it there. The staff are so so caring and lovely. Granny enjoys the activities the care home staff put on, which has made lockdown barrable for the residents.

It's lovely to be able to come and see my dad after so many months. He looks really well and has been looked after really well since I have not been able to see him.

Burton Oaks has saved my mum. When she came out of hospital mum, was suffering from delirium, confused and frightened. Burton Oaks worked so hard to make mum feel safe and have made her a part of their family. As we all have become. Their care is outstanding. They are in regular contact with doctors
as well as having tremendous common sense and experience in their profession. A beautifully clean and safe home with so much to offer in mind and in the body. I can't thank them enough.

The staff of the home seem very friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents, with a good rapport with them. They are cheerful and welcoming to visitors.

My mother has settled in extremely well at Burton Oaks, thanks to the dedicated, amazing and caring staff.
Nothing is too much trouble for them.
The family are always made very welcome when we visit.
I cannot praise Burton Oaks highly enough.

My family member has had a complete change of lifestyle when compared to her previous home. She is out of bed, washed and dressed daily and spends most of her time in the living room with staff and other residents. Her speech has improved and she now enjoys doing crosswords and having a chat.
It feels
like an extended family. Really pleased.

I accompanied my 94-year-old mother with advanced dementia into Broad Oaks Residential and Care home as their first resident on 12th July 2019. Mother was extremely anxious about the admission as she was dead against residential care. The family and friends had done a sterling job in keeping her safe
and contented in her own bungalow but the time had finally come to move into a facility with 24-hour care.


My wife and I had been shown around the home before it had opened and discussed the ethos and principles of care with the senior manager and we were very happy that mother would be contented at Broad Oaks, as it provided what she wanted; a decent on-suite bedroom, wide corridors, outside garden area where she could spend time in summer, a nice lounge facility and a quiet area to read her books, with an uncrowded dining room.


The staff and management greeted her on arrival and within an hour, I would have thought she owned the place! She is very happy there and well settled.

On behalf of my mum who desperately needed respite and a holiday as she is my dad's main carer. After viewing Burton Oaks we knew straight away just from the feel and even how the set up of tables and chairs were that this was the right place for dad for a week's stay and knowing mum would have peace
of mind. The staff were attentive and although dad doesn’t speak now, the staff still spoke to him and took the time which is valuable. It’s nice to know that in future we wouldn’t have any concerns about dad staying there again and we are looking forward to the daycare. So once again thank you all for your kindness it was very appreciated knowing dad was in good hands.

My friend is very happy at Burton Oaks Care Home. Staff are very friendly and my friend has settled in really well. Burton Oaks is also very nice inside and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms are very nice and spacious and the communal areas are newly decorated and comfortable too. She is very happy
here and is enjoying herself.
