Thank you for your views on Linden Manor along with raised concerns, we do take all concerns seriously and these are acted upon receipt. It was great speaking with you to discuss the review, your comments have been fed back to staff and the homes manager and my role explained. I am pleased to hear the TV has been resolved with your brother's input and managed to have this exchanged. Staff are trained to fulfil their care and this includes respecting any personal belongings as this is very important to us. We try to aim and resolve any matter's on the day. It's very difficult for anyone to see a loved one entering a care home as this can be very upsetting for any family member, we are here to support any family member as well as the loved one. We have an open door policy, complaints details can be found displayed in our home. Please feel free to call me at any time and look forward to your next review. I am glad to hear the staff care and Mum is returning home as planned. A new activity Organiser has recently been recruited and continues to be trained with support including weekend cover. Thank you.
