Across all the staff, it felt as if they really cared and were all part of the team. They were also friendly and welcoming. The environment was clean and no unpleasant smells. Rooms were looked after well and clothes were always clean and fresh. The building is a little tired and the gardens could benefit
from more care. I would have liked to see real (not artificial) flowers in reception.

I would like to thank very much all the staff for looking after my mother. Putting up with her mood swings and all the loving care from the staff right up to the day she passed away, with special thanks to one staff member in particular who was kind enough to go to the funeral with me.

Every time I visit, the management are always very smart and presentable. They are always welcoming and polite. The staff are outstanding and always happy, which reflects on the good management of this home. My resident friend who I expected to be a difficult client has settled in and feels so safe

It’s really a “home from home” place, a fabulous warm welcome awaits you. Dad was cared for and greeted by staff who really are caring and treated him as an individual, and as if he were family.
All the staff are amazing, kind, compassionate, patient and professional, with a fabulous sense of humour.
Every visit I was also greeted with a smile and a warm welcome too.
The food was home cooked and a good variety which suits everyone’s tastes. Dad really built up his appetite again here. It was such a relief to know Dad was in excellent, safe, supportive hands and gave the family respite at such a worrying time. We were also supported as a family too, advice and appointments were taken care of which was such a weight off our minds.
I wouldn’t hesitate if you’re considering Nazareth for your beloved family member as it truly is home from home.

A wonderful place with exceptional care. The whole atmosphere in the whole home is great.
Activity leaders, two members of staff in particular make a fantastic team, their jolly personalities ensure a happy time is had by all.
Planning meaningful group activities, with plenty of variety to include
all.
Encouraging each resident's participation, with a friendly approach and kindness shown.
The stimulating activities ensure both the physical and mental well-being of the residents.
It is wonderful to see the enjoyment and the social interaction between the residents, during these sessions.
You are a credit to your profession.

I noticed a big improvement in how my sister presented after being admitted into the care home. She settled in well and was always pleased to see the staff. I was also happy with the care she received from the staff, and nothing was too much trouble for them. My sister can be difficult at times, but
again, the staff were very professional and managed her well. They do a very good job.

All the staff are very happy and friendly and very caring and the home is very clean. There is always something going on with games, bingo, quiz. All the rooms are a good size and you can bring lots of personal belongings to make your room feel like home. I would recommend this home to anybody thinking
of putting a member of their family here.

The staff are amazing, they really take the time with everyone. They're so friendly and lovely, every time I go in they are so welcoming and very friendly and always sitting with the people, always with a smile on there face. I’m so grateful to them.

We are very happy on the care of my Mum and Mum has settled in and is very happy and we know she is safe and well looked after.
There are activities every day which mum joins in.
The staff are lovely and are there if we have concerns which we don't.
Volunteers also help out with activities which
we appreciate. they do a good job and are very good with the residents.
We go home and know Mum is being looked after.

Nazareth House is one of the best care homes I have come across. As a child, I went to school with children from the children’s home and my mother took me to visit elderly friends at Nazareth House so it just seemed the right choice for mum when she needed residential care. The home is very clean and
well-kept. There is a calm, gentle, secure atmosphere. The carers are kind, professional and have sound common sense, they soon got the measure of mum! Their patience seems inexhaustible. It is such a comfort to know mum is so well cared for. I would highly recommend Nazareth House to anyone looking for a care home for their loved ones.

My Mother has been a long term resident and she has always been well cared for by members of staff. All members of staff, including management, are actively involved with the residents. My mum very much enjoys the activities provided, of which there are many and on the whole run efficiently. A charity
which is run by volunteers, does a good job in helping to provide visiting entertainment such as singers and instrumentalists to name just two.
My own experience within the home has been encouraging. The staff are always polite and friendly and keep me up to date with all things relating to my mum. If I should have any concerns I am always able to speak to the relevant person to resolve the problem which is usually dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I wanted to write a review to express how grateful I am for the care my mother receives at Nazareth House, Northampton.
Unfortunately, my mother suffers with dementia and is unable to take care of herself.
The staff at the home are always supportive, caring and show respect for her needs.
They are
approachable and communicate well with myself and other family members but most importantly, I feel that my mother is safe and well cared for, especially at a time when she is at her most vulnerable.
A very well organised and managed residential home.

From my very first visit, it's always felt homely and friendly. Staff are kind and caring and nothing seems too much trouble. My Dad is the happiest I've seen him in a long time since he settled in here. They truly treat the residents like one of their own family. Couldn't ask for more.

The carers are kind and friendly to my mother. When they come into the room they engage in conversation with her. My mother is well cared for. The room is kept clean and tidy. Her clothes are washed frequently. A hairdresser and chiropodist visit regularly. You can see the managers who make themselves
visible should there be any concerns.

This was my first visit and I was only there for one hour.
However, during that time, my uncle was treated with kindness and courtesy, as was I, my mother and my sister.
I'm not sure if my short visit can give a true reflection, so this is based on what I experienced whilst there.

Every time I've been to visit my uncle the staff have been very welcoming even when they are busy and refreshments provided when I sit with my uncle.
He said he is very happy here and it is much better than his last care home.

Following the death of my mother the first few months were hard for me. My dad went to Nazareth House for respite and it gave me the chance to recharge myself. They took all my doubts away and he was looked after very well. The staff were so relaxed but professional in the way they spoke and treated
him. He wasn't a number but a real person to them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for either respite or permanent care. Thank you to everyone there.
