All the staff are very happy and friendly and very caring and the home is very clean. There is always something going on with games, bingo, quiz. All the rooms are a good size and you can bring lots of personal belongings to make your room feel like home. I would recommend this home to anybody thinking
of putting a member of their family here.

The staff are amazing, they really take the time with everyone. They're so friendly and lovely, every time I go in they are so welcoming and very friendly and always sitting with the people, always with a smile on there face. I’m so grateful to them.

We are very happy on the care of my Mum and Mum has settled in and is very happy and we know she is safe and well looked after.
There are activities every day which mum joins in.
The staff are lovely and are there if we have concerns which we don't.
Volunteers also help out with activities which
we appreciate. they do a good job and are very good with the residents.
We go home and know Mum is being looked after.

Nazareth House is one of the best care homes I have come across. As a child, I went to school with children from the children’s home and my mother took me to visit elderly friends at Nazareth House so it just seemed the right choice for mum when she needed residential care. The home is very clean and
well-kept. There is a calm, gentle, secure atmosphere. The carers are kind, professional and have sound common sense, they soon got the measure of mum! Their patience seems inexhaustible. It is such a comfort to know mum is so well cared for. I would highly recommend Nazareth House to anyone looking for a care home for their loved ones.

My Mother has been a long term resident and she has always been well cared for by members of staff. All members of staff, including management, are actively involved with the residents. My mum very much enjoys the activities provided, of which there are many and on the whole run efficiently. A charity
which is run by volunteers, does a good job in helping to provide visiting entertainment such as singers and instrumentalists to name just two.
My own experience within the home has been encouraging. The staff are always polite and friendly and keep me up to date with all things relating to my mum. If I should have any concerns I am always able to speak to the relevant person to resolve the problem which is usually dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I wanted to write a review to express how grateful I am for the care my mother receives at Nazareth House, Northampton.
Unfortunately, my mother suffers with dementia and is unable to take care of herself.
The staff at the home are always supportive, caring and show respect for her needs.
They are
approachable and communicate well with myself and other family members but most importantly, I feel that my mother is safe and well cared for, especially at a time when she is at her most vulnerable.
A very well organised and managed residential home.

From my very first visit, it's always felt homely and friendly. Staff are kind and caring and nothing seems too much trouble. My Dad is the happiest I've seen him in a long time since he settled in here. They truly treat the residents like one of their own family. Couldn't ask for more.

The carers are kind and friendly to my mother. When they come into the room they engage in conversation with her. My mother is well cared for. The room is kept clean and tidy. Her clothes are washed frequently. A hairdresser and chiropodist visit regularly. You can see the managers who make themselves
visible should there be any concerns.

This was my first visit and I was only there for one hour.
However, during that time, my uncle was treated with kindness and courtesy, as was I, my mother and my sister.
I'm not sure if my short visit can give a true reflection, so this is based on what I experienced whilst there.

Lovely friendly care home, the staff are really good and see to my brother's every need. The best decision he made was to live at Nazareth House - he is so happy living there and can not fault them in any way. Thank you very much for looking after him so well.

Every time I've been to visit my uncle the staff have been very welcoming even when they are busy and refreshments provided when I sit with my uncle.
He said he is very happy here and it is much better than his last care home.

Following the death of my mother the first few months were hard for me. My dad went to Nazareth House for respite and it gave me the chance to recharge myself. They took all my doubts away and he was looked after very well. The staff were so relaxed but professional in the way they spoke and treated
him. He wasn't a number but a real person to them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for either respite or permanent care. Thank you to everyone there.

My dad is in the care home. I am so pleased with the care he receives, the staff are so very friendly and are excellent with the residents.
I have no concerns because I know my dad is looked after so well.
I can't thank all the staff enough for all that they do as my dad can be very difficult at

First-class care! The staff are so caring and nothing is too much trouble. My mother is in very safe hands. Everywhere is clean and well-kept. The food is very good and nutritious. Always activities going on for the residents.

Staff are always friendly and happy to take time to talk about any concerns that might arise of ours and Nans, the communication is very good. The home is always clean, tidy, warm and secure.
I feel that Nan is settled and happy living at Nazareth House and the care she receives there is excellent.

I think you would struggle to find a better home for your loved ones. My mum is looked after so well and the staff take the time to learn her ways and react as they need to. The genuine concern and care shines through and for this I am truly grateful. We moved Mum from another home and have never looked
back.

My nan is very well looked after, very happy and feels at home. The staff are always very friendly and there's a low turnover in core positions relating to my nan which is great for stability. My nan gets involved in many activities too.

My mother has been a resident since August 2021 and in that time both myself and my sister have been very impressed with the level of care that the staff of Nazareth House Care Home have provided.
All of the staff are extremely caring and they treat all the residents just like one big family, this
also is extended to the relatives of the residents. We have been made welcome from day one and staff are always on hand to answer any questions we may have and they have all worked very hard to make my mother feel safe, comfortable and happy.
The work they do is exceptional and beyond our expectations.

My mum had a very difficult time adjusting to being in a home, she went in during covid which didn't help as visiting was restricted but the staff were so caring which helped her a lot. My mum has had a couple of small incidents in the last eighteen months, nothing major, but they contact us straight
away. I don't think she could have better care anywhere else. There is always someone there. My mum tells us now how well they look after her.

Great Care Home, is really well run, all staff are polite, helpful, respectful and genuinely care about all the residents. I have had experience's with other care homes and Nazareth definitely outshines them all. The home is basic but provides everything that it should, the food is also the best I have
found, my mother is very fussy and they accommodate her anyway they can. Residents' rooms are cleaned every day, my mother's bed is also changed regularly and she has clean towels each day. The activities employee is also very good at encouraging and engaging with the residents, they have different activities every day, Monday to Friday. Management is also very helpful and is also regularly seen around the home engaging with the residents and helping out when needed, all the staff are great, good people. It is one of the few homes I have been in where there is not the horrendous urine smell, the home is always being cleaned and the resident's clothes are washed and put back within days.
