The staff are always very welcoming. Mother is well looked after with no complaints. She says the food is very nice but not very regular (has to wait a long time sometimes).
Overall she is happy to be in Nazareth.

I feel the home is a home from home. Staff and management are friendly, efficient and make visits feel welcome. Any questions asked are always answered quickly. I would not want my wife to be anywhere else. The home is always clean and tidy. The home welcomes everyone.
Activities are good and help
with my wife's well-being.

I have a family member at Nazareth House; she has been there for two-plus years. I can't fault the care. Managers and carers are brilliant. Mum is happy and settled, and they keep us up to date with her health.
The rooms all smell clean and fresh, and the food is fresh and tasty - they try really hard
to meet all resident's needs. I can't think of a better place for my mum to be. Thank you, Nazareth house.

The absolute best for my Mum in being spacious, lots of freedom to roam within. Lovely bedroom with a wonderful outlook onto a gorgeous garden and clear view of the sky. Communal TV areas are great, light and cheery. Lots of well-attended activities, organised by the very motivational and energetic
staff member. Good routine with a great variety of meals in the spacious dining area. Wish the heating system could be updated as gets too warm. Wish ( in an ideal world) there was a higher staff-to-resident ratio. Wish the new management arrangement strength to strength. Wish all the staff well, thank you to all those who do that bit extra. Great to be able to take Mum out and visit again after the worst of Covid which has been horrendous, traumatic even, for all. My ratings are based on improvements.

He has been staying at Nazareth House for 3-weeks of respite care while I recovered from surgery.
It's the first time, he has stayed away from me, and we were both fairly nervous about how he would cope, but we needn't have worried. The care he has had has been first class and, although it took him
a while to settle, every staff member he has had dealings with has been so caring and friendly, that I'm not sure he wants to come home!
The manager is always friendly and easy to talk to, resolving his tiny issues so quickly.
When the time comes for him to move into full-time residential care, I really hope that Nazareth House has a bed available, as I know I would be confident in him being happy there.

Where do you begin! but I guess if you want your loved one wandering the street late at night, being made out to be totally uncontrollable, items missing and other people’s clothes sent when they leave, then this is the place for them. Totally appalled, and the assistant manager needs to learn compassion
towards residents and their partners.
Needless to say, I will not be recommending Nazareth House to anyone.

My dad was only resident at Nazareth House for a few months, but while he was resident there, I cannot fault the care he received from all staff. He was treated with dignity and respect and staff were attentive to his ongoing care needs. He was allocated a place at Nazareth House, rather than personally
choosing, after a hospital stay and I am so very glad that he was. He didn't socialise with the other residents, but there was plenty of opportunities to do so, had he wished to. Thank you so very much to everyone who made his time there so comfortable.

My mother recently passed away aged 102 after spending 2 years in Nazareth House. During that time we have only praise for the care and concern shown towards her. While she was encouraged to join other residents for meals and services when she became too frail her wish to stay in her room was respected.
If she could feed herself she was allowed to but, if she could not, a carer would help her eat. She had her wish to remain in Nazareth House and not be taken to hospital. During her last days, every aspect of her care was delivered with kindness and regard for her comfort and dignity. I would like to thank all the staff.

I would first like to acknowledge the friendly and professional service displayed by every member of the care team, not forgetting those who provide the refreshments and meals and those that ensure the facilities are kept clean and tidy. The management of Nazareth House, Northampton have to be highly
commended in the environment they promote for both staff and residents. I am extremely satisfied with the care provided to my mother and do not hesitate to recommend this care home to any family regardless of their religion. Thank you to everybody who supported my mother whilst resident in Nazareth House. I could not fault it.

Room tidy first time in an age. So that's a plus. No staff in the living room, even though 6 persons in there. Afternoon tea was provided. If visitors were not there, residents would not have been able to reach. One resident needed the bathroom but his walker had been returned to his room? That made
no sense. Again if visitors hadn't been there for someone else he would have fallen, as the staff did not respond to the bell, which continued to bleep.

In general, I was satisfied with most of my 19-day stay, including talking with residents and time spent with visitors and watching the traffic from the lounge on Harlestone Road. I thought that time spent waiting for lunch and tea to be served was too long. I would have preferred to have had my bed
made up each morning. Replies, when I used the call system, were quick and good.

Our mother has been a resident for 7 years. She is 94 years old. Support of all staff excellent, caring and professional home. No complaints. We visit every week, son, daughter and other family members/friends. We also make phone calls and communicate with staff at every level. She has COPD and often
needs the doctor to check her chest. We have no complaints about her care. Her surroundings are good. She is kept clean and well aware her how much she is loved by the staff as well as her family.

The bad CQC report caused much concern but visible improvements have taken place. There are still areas to be addressed and we are unhappy that a rise in fees is taking place before a new report has been issued. The sisters and staff are dedicated and caring, often doing a difficult job under stressful
circumstances. The home "homely" with a loving atmosphere and my father is happy with the care he receives.
