The fee range is only an indication at basic rates, each individual prospective Resident is assessed by us prior to admission and regularly once a Resident at Oak lodge. This process would then determine the level of care required and the fee chargeable to reflect this.
A top-up on the Social Services expected to pay is required to be made by the Next of Kin to bring the fee to the assessed rate.

Relatives, friends and any other visitors welcome any reasonable time of the day. Staff will always be too happy to show visitors around or if visiting a friend/relative, to take visitors to a resident.
The home has ample parking off the street and overflow on the side street, free of any charges.
