The care home has an effective staff and they all contribute to the wellbeing of my sister. My sister has been a resident for a number of years now and seems settled and happy. We had a dispute with my sister's benefits and the care home manager was most helpful in assisting in the resolution. Overall
I would say the care home is a pleasant and accessible environment.

My daughter has been supported in mind and body during this covid crisis by the staff and has felt that support. Staff have also recognised that she has in turn been supportive of other residents and the manager told me that she has been fabulous. What a heartening thing to hear.

My lifetime partner has been a resident here for the last five years after being placed here by Social Services. My partner suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and is 54. During this time myself and the family have had a lot of stress with management and staff, espeçially during the Covid Pandemic. We feel
that Holme Lodge is another private care home that is only in it for the money.
