Whilst I am delighted to hear that the care given to your mum over the last ten years has been 100 percent, I am really disappointed to read your review of the last few months. We have not been made aware of any issues to do with the new Manager and none have been raised during your Mum's in person care plan reviews /nor at the relatives meeting. I am also sorry that we were no longer able to meet your Mum's mental health needs at Sutton Lodge and we hope she has settled well into her new care home. Hello, and thank you for your review of Sutton Lodge, part of the Ashmere Group. We do have more ancillary staff during weekdays, such as the hairdresser, activity coordinator and home manager and receptionist, so unfortunately the weekends can feel a little quieter, and it may take longer to answer the phones and doors. However, we find that the weekends are when most relatives like to visit.
